The integrated Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor performs state-of-the-art measurement based on the values of 81 measuring points. The green LED (545 nm) enables high indices to be measured, making Abbe number adjustment superfluous.
Broad-spectrum UV measurement
The integrated UV spectrometer analyzes the UV protection of lenses in a wavelength range from 365 to 480 nm. Thanks to this decisive advantage, you can identify lenses that are insufficiently protected, as well as high-quality lenses.

Well-structured software and a tilting 7" color touchscreen make for fast, intuitive operation. The user interface guides you pleasantly through the various work stages, from measurement to printing or data storage. An additional option lets you set up user profiles tailored to your individual needs.
Enhanced practice workflow
Direct LAN and serial connectivity options enable rapid data transfer between the ZEISS VISULENS 550 and practice management systems, including ZEISS FORUM and ZEISS i.Com mobile / VISUCONSULT, without transcription errors. Connection to the ZEISS subjective refraction unit saves precious time.
