Automatic 3D measurement

Pupil diameter measurement

Data output
Measurement data can be transferred to external devices via RS232C and USB interfaces. Data can be retrieved in a spreadsheet using the optional data collection software.
PD measurement
In addition to far PD measurement, near PD is calculated on the basis of far PD at the selected distance.
Measurement of small pupils
The improved system enables measurement of smaller pupil diameters of around 2.2 mm, making it easier to measure subjects with long eyebrows and smaller eyes.
Corneal periphery measurement
Measuring the corneal periphery is useful for determining the base curve for contact lens fitting.
Measurement of tonic accommodation
The level of fatigue and its recovery can be measured. This feature proves the reliability of the far point measurement. Measuring tonic accommodation traditionally required a special set-up, such as presenting a blank field to the subject in a special room.
Contact lens selection
In addition to general refraction and corneal data, corneal periphery, residual astigmatism and pupil diameter enable more precise selection of large and progressive contact lenses.
